PGCOC needed to hire an event planner to spearhead the planning of our 3rd Capital Region Business Forum, in partnership with the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Washington Board of Trade. Hosting a joint event with two other organizations required a planning liaison in order to be the success it was.
We selected Heritage for three reasons: an outstanding reference, the detailed proposal that was submitted which covered all bases, and Heritage’s past track record with similar events.
Heritage’s involvement kept any problems at bay. Most events have their challenges; having a planner like Heritage that takes care of those before they escalate makes all the difference.
One of the biggest benefits of hiring Heritage was the continuation of work after the event. The tying up of loose ends, handling vendors and payments and providing a detailed post-event analysis was ongoing. The Heritage team is friendly and efficient. We will certainly work with Heritage again!
